There are no words that can do justice to our experience with Matthew. He started off as our realtor and by the time we closed he was part of the family. Being first time homebuyers we were kind of skeptical when we started out, we had a ton of questions and uncertainties, we had no idea where to start and what the home-buying process would entail, but from the first moment we spoke with Matthew he addressed all of our concerns and assured us he would be our side every step of the way. Over 33 showings, he was a there looking out for us. Drafting 11 different offers, he was there to make sure the contracts were airtight and things were in our favor. When our lender backed out mid escrow, he was there to help us find another, better lender. Every-time we felt stressed out or anxious, he was there to talk to, explain and reassure us.
